Where is the entrance to the beach?
Our beach entrance is located at 207 Sands Point Road. There is a gate with lock access. Beach access hours are sunrise to sunset. Enter at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
Who can use the beach?
All paying property owners of the former Norstrand Estate and paying members from Tibbits Road and their guests can access the beaches. Beaches are accessible by foot or automobile.
Our beach is private and abuts private roads in our community. Only the property owners, their approved guests, and paid members have the right to pass on this road and enjoy our beach.
Half Moon Beach reserves the right to press trespassing charges on individuals, groups, or businesses who attempt to utilize our beaches and private roads if they are not property owners, paid members, or approved guests.
Can I drive and park?
Half Moon Beach property owners and their guests have access to the beach. The beach is accessible by foot or automobile. When using the parking area, property owners must display the current year's parking pass hang tags that should hang from their rear-view mirror and be visible through the windshield. Parking passes are a benefit of membership; the property owner must have all member dues up-to-date to utilize parking.
